• Most physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
• Please contact us before initiating a return.
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are processed as new orders.

Print-on-demand products:
Due to their custom nature, these items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery, including photos.
